In the literature very limited information is available on patients with hodgkin disease with epitrochlear lymph node involvement. The nodular sclerosis type of hd was present in 5 of the 6 patients. Of the four patients staged with laparotomy two had infradiaphragmatic disease. Enlargement of the epitrochlear lymph nodes is rarely seen in hodgkin disease either as the sole site of involvement or as part of more widespread disease.
